OUR STORY

I am known as the person who is always ready with my camera in hand to capture a special moment. My love for photography started when my parents gifted  me a film camera to take with me during my travels. That love has only continued to grown with time.

I have grown up as a member of the Deaf community. You may be wondering "How will I be able to work with a deaf photographer if I don't know sign language?". You will not have a problem communicating with an intercultural communication expert such as myself. Actually, fortunately for my clients, being deaf is my superpower. It means that with a heightened sense of sight I can see and capture nuances that a hearing photographer won't.

It is really important to me that you feel at ease both before and during your photo session. I want you to feel confident knowing that your requests will be met without any difficulties in communication and that you will feel satisfied at the end of your session. I have had clients tell me they found it difficult to find a photographer whom they felt truly understood the vision they had in mind for their photoshoot but that this was not the case with me. This makes me feel so proud! I want my work to be accessible to everyone.

Before picture day, we can discuss what you would like from the photo session and I will explain how I like to work with my clients. This discussion can be done in person or via email.
